AnchorRev Service Agreement

 

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AnchorRev LLC (“AnchorRev”) and the client completing and electronically signing this Agreement (“Client”).

This Agreement becomes effective on the date signed electronically below.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

AnchorRev agrees to provide automated customer follow-up and communication services for Client, which may include:

  • Missed call text-back automation

  • Estimate follow-up automation

  • Customer re-engagement campaigns

  • Basic reporting and communication workflows

  • CRM and communication platform integrations

Services are intended to help Client improve lead response times and customer follow-up.

2. MONTHLY SERVICE FEE

Client agrees to pay:

$600 per month

The first payment is due prior to onboarding/setup.

Recurring billing will begin one month after the system is fully deployed and live.

Client understands that onboarding/setup work may begin immediately after agreement execution and initial payment.

3. TERM

This agreement is month-to-month.

Either party may cancel at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No long-term contract is required.

4. SETUP & TIMELINE

AnchorRev will begin setup after:

  • Agreement is signed

  • Initial payment is received

  • Required onboarding information is provided

Typical deployment timeline is approximately 7–14 business days depending on:

  • Phone system configuration

  • CRM integrations

  • Third-party approvals

  • A2P/text messaging compliance approvals

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate onboarding information

  • Maintain access to required phone/CRM systems

  • Maintain proper consent for customer communications

  • Update website privacy policy/SMS disclosure language if required

Client acknowledges that SMS compliance language may be required on its website before text messaging services can be activated.

6. NO GUARANTEE

AnchorRev does not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead conversions, or sales results.

Results depend on many factors outside AnchorRev’s control including lead quality, pricing, customer responsiveness, operations, and sales process.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AnchorRev’s liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client during the previous one month of service.

AnchorRev shall not be liable for:

  • Missed leads

  • Carrier outages

  • CRM outages

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Lost profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

8. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Client authorizes AnchorRev LLC to charge the payment method authorized by Client for recurring monthly service fees unless canceled in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

9. SMS COMMUNICATION CONSENT

Client consents to receive operational and service-related SMS communications from AnchorRev LLC related to onboarding, customer communication workflows, support, and account notifications.

Message frequency may vary.  Standard message and data rates may apply.

Client may opt out of non-essential messaging at any time by replying STOP.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, Client acknowledges that Client has read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
